Thank you for your interest; my terms are set out below:
Adults
Fees for dedicated voice coaching or speech training are payable in advance of each lesson, at the time of booking. 48 hours’ notice is required for changes to appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full rate.
The first session will involve an assessment of your needs. This initial consultation for Voice Production, Speech Training and Public Speaking will not be charged but will guide me as to how many lessons you may require.
Tuition is normally by Zoom, Teams or Skype but face-to-face lessons may be possible if preferred. Please ask.
Children
For children and adults embarking on speech and drama, fees are payable termly, in advance, at the time when tuition is booked. A term consists of ten lessons.
If a lesson is missed because of my absence, it will always be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time.
If a lesson is missed because of the student’s absence, I will endeavour to reschedule, but this can not be guaranteed.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by credit/debit card via PayPal or by BACS transfer upon receipt of my emailed invoice. BACS transfer preferred. Overseas payments accepted through IBAN.
